EID-KABIR: BUNU CELEBRATES MUSLIMS WORLDWIDE

The President – General of Maritime Workers Union of Nigeria (MWUN), Comrade Francis Bunu Abi congratulates Muslims in Nigeria and around the globe during this Sallah celebration.
The Eid-Kabir is an annual event which comes up after the Ramadan fast and the observance of the lesser Hajj. The Eid-Kabir is observed globally by Muslim faithful to mark the unwavering faith of Prophet Ibrahim as exercised and recorded in the Holy Quran in sacrifice of the Ram in place of his son.
Comrade Bunu admonishes Muslims in the country to emulate the exemplary life of the prophet of faith ( Prophet Ibrahim) in every of aspect of their daily lives, so as to positively reflect and illuminate the society with the four tenets of the teachings of Prophet Mohamed (Peace Be Unto Him) as stated in the Holy Quran.
The Delta State born Labour Administrator, Seasoned Sailor and Maritime Expert encourages Muslims home abroad to be of good cheers always as Islam has always been a religion of peace and tolerance, therefore, Muslims should be at the height of showing and demonstrating love, charity, forgiveness, with peaceful co-existence of all races of humanity, especially at this season of Eid-Kabir.
Bunu further appeals to Muslims generally that Islam is a symbol of peace; therefore, Muslims must be very tolerant, peaceful and God fearing believing that humans, regardless of colour, tribe, descent, religion or political difference or race are from one source, the Almighty Allah; having known this, we must as humans always ensure to be our brother’s keeper at all times so that we can all be at peace with God.
Bunu, a lover of Muslim faithful celebrates with all the Muslims globally, praying that peace and love would take preeminence and continue to dwell amongst men during and after the Sallah celebration.
